Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne says she’ll meet with Niagara Falls hoteliers

Ontario Premier Jennifer Whitby is set to meet with hoteliers from the Niagara Falls area, where a hotel is under construction that will include a bar and restaurant, an art gallery, an entertainment venue and an ice skating rink.

The Niagara Falls Regional Municipality announced Wednesday that the hotel will open next month.

Whitby will host a meeting in June at the Niagara Springs Convention Centre.

The province also plans to host a special event at Niagara Falls’ Sheraton Hotel later this year.

The hotel will be a $200 million addition to Niagara Falls and is scheduled to open in 2020.
